OMFOO offers different shipping options to our customers,
all of which are efficient and reliable. Shipping charge is based on weight and size of each item.
And we have 6 kinds of shipping methods as below :

1. EMS (International Express Mail)
This is a special shipment and delivery program which is served and managed by Korean Post Office and the Korean Ministry of Information and Communication.
Delivery time is within 3 to 5 days from the date of the day after the confirmation of your payment.

2. EMS Premium (TNT)
TNT(EMS Premium) is the European market leader in global express distribution, logistics and international mail service.
If you use TNT service as a counterpart of Korean Post Office, you can reduce delivery time shorter than that of normal EMS.
Delivery time can be within 2 to 4 days.

3. Parcel Post (Air)
The parcel service is the service between the countries and territories involved.
Delivery time is within 6 to 12 days from the date of the day after the confirmation of your payment.

4. SAL Parcel Post (Air)
The SAL Parcel Post service is between Parcel Post by Air and Parcel Post by Surface.
Hence, the rate is cheaper than Parcel Post (Air).
But Only United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Nederland is available.
Delivery time is within 6 to 12 days from the date of the day after the confirmation of your payment.

5. Small Packet (Air)
Small packet means of small, light products or gifts.
In terms of quality, the contents are the same as regular parcels, but it is classified as a type of letter-post item to for easy handling under definite conditions, and a special mail item of international mail.
The rate is lower than that of the parcel post.
Delivery time is within 14 to 20 days from the date of the day after the confirmation of your payment.

6. Air Mail
An Air Mail, Aerogram, Aérogramme or Air Letter is a thin lightweight piece of foldable and gummed paper for writing a letter for transit via airmail.
The rate may be lower or higher than that of the Small Packet.
It all depends on the weight.
Generally, the higher the weight, the Small Packet is a little cheaper and the lower the weight, the Air Mail is a little cheaper.
Delivery time is within 14 to 20 days from the date of the day after the confirmation of your payment.


Tracking Your Goods
EMS Premium (TNT) or EMS offers a complete tracking of your goods.
You can track your goods via EMS Premium or EMS at your national postal website as well www.aftership.com

Original, Small Packet or Air Mail is NOT supported the tracking code.
Hence, In the case of small packet(air) or Air Mail we will send to our customers in Registered Mail supported tracking code.

With regard to Parcel Post (Air) or Small Packet(Air), its tracking is limited to the extent on which date we registered them to our post office and through which flight they were took off.
The tracking is provided by Korean National Postal Services.

Security

OMFOO is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security.
Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet.
We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with any related regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
We test our security systems regularly and also contract with outside companies to audit our security systems and processes.

Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item then please email us the order number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns.
Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an "Return Authorization Mail" and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us.
These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s). 

If we find the defect described in your message, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) via regular Air Mail ONLY.
Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.
Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by OMFOO to your original payment account and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by Regular Air Mail.
(For example, If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.)

No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express Mail or Next Day Air services.

If the package was returned by a shipment method other than regular Air Mail, OMFOO reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a regular Air Mail shipment.
Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund.
Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return.
We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.

Unopended, in original packing and in good condition
You may choose to return only unopened items that are in their original packaging and are in good condition, provided you are willing to bear the shipping costs.
OMFOO is not responsible for the shipping cost.
Please email us within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an "Return Authorization Mail" and instructions for sending the returning items to us.
These items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. 

Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packing and in good condition will receive a full refund the price of that item.
However, shipping and handling charges for the order will not be refunded.
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return.
We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.

We use Paypal as our partner for any credit card transaction.
You can use your paypal account to pay or any major credit cards without registering at paypal.
We never store your credit card information and all payment transaction are encrypted through secure channel.
