Return Policy

1. Return Policy Duration:

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

3. Initiating the Return Process:

To start the return process, customers must first contact us at help@omfoo.com before opening the shipping box. Unauthorized returns without contacting our customer support team are not allowed.

4. Unboxing Video:

Customers must attach an unboxing video when requesting a return. The video should start from the moment the external shipping box is unsealed. Failure to provide the unboxing video may result in the inability to proceed with the refund process. The video should clearly show the condition of the product, any missing parts, and any permanent defects.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If there is any defect, damage, or if the customer receives the wrong item, they should immediately contact us at help@omfoo.com so that we can evaluate the issue and handle it appropriately.

6. Exchange:

The quickest way to receive the desired product is to return the item in possession. Once the return is approved, customers can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refund:

Upon receiving and reviewing the customer's return, we will notify them and inform about the refund approval status. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to the original payment method, PayPal. Please note that it may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.

8. Supplier Review:

When the returned product arrives at our facility, we will request a reevaluation from the supplier (record label or manufacturer). The review process may take 2 to 4 weeks.

  • In case the review indicates a manufacturing issue, we will provide a full refund for the entire order amount through PayPal. To receive the refund, the customer must provide us with a photo of the shipping cost receipt incurred during the return.
  • If the review determines that the issue is not due to a defect or manufacturing problem, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the product returned to them.

Please note that transaction fee will be deducted from refund due to Paypal policy amendment as of Feb 25th, 2014.

As of Feb 25th, 2014, Paypal changed their transaction fee policy. This will be applied to all customers who make transaction at omfoo.com

If you are issued full refund, transaction fee will be retained and won't be refunded. Please check table below.
