LP Purchase Guidelines

※ Jacket/Components/Packaging Condition

Due to the production/shipping process, slight jacket wrinkles, corner indentation, and splitting may occur. The inner sleeve may also tear due to contact with the disc. Products with visible exterior defects cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Disc labels may not be smoothly attached due to manufacturing processes, and the outer packaging plastic wrap is not covered by the quality guarantee.
Most Japanese-made LPs do not have sealed outer plastic wraps.
Digital download codes may cease without notice.

※ Playback Defects

If using a turntable without anti-skate adjustment (common in all-in-one models), playback issues may occur, especially with tracks featuring significant dynamic sound variations. Defects due to device issues are non-refundable, so it's recommended to play on a device with anti-skate adjustment.
Dust and static electricity may cause playback issues; using specialized products to remove them usually resolves the problem.
Dust accumulation on the needle can also lead to playback issues.

※ Disc Exterior Defects

Vinyl production processes involving heat can cause minor warping on the disc surface. Using a stabilizer can improve stability during playback.
Disc center holes may be made smaller to minimize playback distortion and ensure consistent performance during repeated plays. Adjusting the center hole using dedicated products can solve mismatches with turntable spindles.
Minor scratches or imperfect print surfaces are normal and not considered defects. However, if playback issues arise, returns or exchanges due to defects are possible.

※ Color Discs Items below are non-refundable after opening:

Color discs may have differences in color compared to web images.
Color variations may occur during production for each album.
Color discs may exhibit blotches, smudges, or spots due to the mixing of different color dyes during the manufacturing process.

※ Return/Exchange Policy

For return/exchange due to defects, video evidence of the defect may be requested for verification. Failure to provide video evidence may limit return/exchange options.
LPs are susceptible to damage during frequent shipping, and jacket damage is common. Due to resale challenges, we kindly ask for careful consideration before purchasing.

Shipping Policy

The average processing time takes around 2 to 7 business days.
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number in the email allows for immediate tracking retrieval on the our website. Additionally, it can be checked using typical tracking sites. please visit 17track or AfterShip and enter the provided tracking number.
If the order includes pre-order items, they will be shipped together with the rest of the items once all pre-order items are in stock. If you would like to receive certain items earlier, please create a separate order for them apart from the pre-order items.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight / volume of your package.
We do not offer delivery to PO boxes. If a PO box or mailbox number is provided as part of the shipping address, it may result in delays or return of the shipment to the sender. We are not responsible for any issues or additional costs arising from this.
When packages are shipped internationally, import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These fees are typically charged upon arrival of the package in the respective country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We only charge shipping fees for your order, so these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain information regarding the laws and regulations of the destination country as well as any restrictions that may apply to specific products when placing an order.
We are not liable if your package is discarded or returned to us because you did not pay customs duties in your country. In such cases, refunds are not possible. Please verify the laws regarding import taxes and customs duties in your country. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Pre-order items operates on a made-to-order basis, and once ordered, cancellation is not possible as production progresses according to the quantity ordered.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided during the ordering process, refunds or reshipments are not possible.
Exchanges and refunds due to product defects or missing components are possible under the following conditions. Depending on the severity of the defect or omission, partial or full refunds, or exchanges will be provided:
- It has not been more than 3 days since the package arrived.
- A video documenting the opening of the package has been recorded from the moment of opening. (The shipping label must remain intact in the video footage taken just before opening the package.)
- Initial defects or missing components are evident and not due to your error.
If these conditions are met, partial or full refunds, or exchanges for new products will be offered based on the severity of the defect or omission.
If the product is damaged during shipping, you must take detailed photos of the exterior box with the shipping label intact, along with photos of the damaged product, and send them via email.
