1. Please remove the protective vinyl on the front and back of the acrylic before using.
2. There may be scratches due to friction between products.
3. Due to the nature of the material, there may be minor scratches.
4. When assembling acrylic parts, place the stand on a flat surface.
5. When assembling or disassembling acrylic parts, please be careful as excessive force may cause damage.
6. When dismantling the photo card parts holder, disassemble it in the reverse order of assembly.
7. The color of the product may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the monitor specifications.

[How to assemble photo card holder]
1. Overlap the three photo card holder parts (top, middle, bottom) in that order, then attach one rotating part (bottom) whose center is not completely open to the bottom center of the photo card holder.
2. With the remaining rotating part (top) on the top of the frame, insert the previously assembled photo card holder into the bottom of the frame.
3. Lower the rotating parts on the top of the frame toward the photo card holder and join them.

[How to assemble the Photo Card Holder]
1. Please stack up Photo Card Parts 3pcs as an order (Top-Middle-Bottom). And then combine the Turning Parts (Bottom), which middle hole is not completely drilled, with the stacked Photo Card Holder.
2. Combine the other Turning Parts (Top) with top side of Frame. And assemble the Photo Card Holder with bottom side of Frame.
3. Please assemble the Turning Parts (Top & Bottom) with Frame properly.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Additionally, it can be checked using typical tracking sites. please visit 17track or AfterShip and enter the provided tracking number.
If the order includes pre-order items, they will be shipped together with the rest of the items once all pre-order items are in stock. If you would like to receive certain items earlier, please create a separate order for them apart from the pre-order items.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight / volume of your package.
We do not offer delivery to PO boxes. If a PO box or mailbox number is provided as part of the shipping address, it may result in delays or return of the shipment to the sender. We are not responsible for any issues or additional costs arising from this.
When packages are shipped internationally, import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These fees are typically charged upon arrival of the package in the respective country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We only charge shipping fees for your order, so these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain information regarding the laws and regulations of the destination country as well as any restrictions that may apply to specific products when placing an order.
We are not liable if your package is discarded or returned to us because you did not pay customs duties in your country. In such cases, refunds are not possible. Please verify the laws regarding import taxes and customs duties in your country. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Pre-order items operates on a made-to-order basis, and once ordered, cancellation is not possible as production progresses according to the quantity ordered.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided during the ordering process, refunds or reshipments are not possible.
Exchanges and refunds due to product defects or missing components are possible under the following conditions. Depending on the severity of the defect or omission, partial or full refunds, or exchanges will be provided:
- It has not been more than 3 days since the package arrived.
- A video documenting the opening of the package has been recorded from the moment of opening. (The shipping label must remain intact in the video footage taken just before opening the package.)
- Initial defects or missing components are evident and not due to your error.
If these conditions are met, partial or full refunds, or exchanges for new products will be offered based on the severity of the defect or omission.
If the product is damaged during shipping, you must take detailed photos of the exterior box with the shipping label intact, along with photos of the damaged product, and send them via email.
