Damage to the smartphone or GripTalk due to falling is due to the consumer's negligence, and compensation is not possible due to damage.
2. The adhesive performance of GripTok may vary depending on the condition or nature of the surface where it is attached.
3. It may not stick well to terminals with enhanced anti-fingerprint and anti-contamination coatings (e.g. black version of iPhone 7, etc.) or may fall off easily.
Be sure to use this product after attaching a case, and please refer to this when purchasing and using GripTok.
4. It does not stick well to curved, uneven, or contaminated areas. If sweat or fingerprints get on the adhesive, the adhesive strength will decrease.
5. For terminals where GripTok may not adhere stably, we recommend that you use GripTok with a separate case that has confirmed adhesion.
(Attachment may not be possible for cases made of leather or with irregularities.)
6. Some protective cases sold on the market may cause physical or chemical changes to the GripTok adhesive due to the materials used.
(In the case of leather cases, the material may be damaged.)
7. Do not use thinner or organic solvents when cleaning.
8. There is a risk of dropping bulky and heavy tablet PC products, so be sure to hold them with your hand.

- The average processing time takes around 2 to 7 business days.
