[Precautions for handling]
- This product is intended for use by people over 14 years of age and is not intended for children.
- This product can be exchanged or compensated in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards notified by the Fair Trade Commission.

1. In the case of pigment fabrics, there may be some dye odor, scratches, fine stains, and fraying. Please note that this is a normal product as it is a characteristic of pigment washing.
2. Do not dry with hot air as this may cause appearance deformation.
3. Product damage due to consumer negligence is not compensated, so be sure to follow the above instructions.
4. There may be size error during cutting or sewing (±1~2cm).
5. Product color may differ slightly from actual color.
6. Depending on the screen resolution and color settings, the product may be distorted or the color may appear different.

[If you need to do laundry]
1. Turn inside out and wash.
2. Do not soak in water with detergent dissolved in it and do not leave it in a lumpy state after dehydration.
3. Do not leave it wet with sweat or water for a long time. Rinse thoroughly to remove any detergent residue and place in the shade to dry.
4. Due to the nature of the pigment washing process, we recommend washing new products separately as there is a risk of color transfer during the washing process.
5. Due to the nature of the pigmented fabric, water may fall out or the washing may appear prominent when washed.

2. To prevent distortion, do not heat dry.
3. Compensation is not provided for damages due to customer mishandling. Please follow the care guide above.
4. Size may vary by ±1-2CM due to the manufacturing process.

[Laundry Guide]
1. Wash inside out.
2. Do not soak in soapy water or leave wet in washing machine.
3. Do not leave wet with water or sweat for extended periods of time. Rinse thoroughly and dry flat in the shade.
4. Due to the nature of the pigment washing process, the new product is prone to color transfer during washing. Washing separately is recommended.
5. Due to the nature of the fabric, it could be faded or the pigment washing may be stood out when laundering.

Shipping Policy

The average processing time takes around 2 to 7 business days.
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number in the email allows for immediate tracking retrieval on the our website. Additionally, it can be checked using typical tracking sites. please visit 17track or AfterShip and enter the provided tracking number.
If the order includes pre-order items, they will be shipped together with the rest of the items once all pre-order items are in stock. If you would like to receive certain items earlier, please create a separate order for them apart from the pre-order items.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight / volume of your package.
We do not offer delivery to PO boxes. If a PO box or mailbox number is provided as part of the shipping address, it may result in delays or return of the shipment to the sender. We are not responsible for any issues or additional costs arising from this.
When packages are shipped internationally, import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These fees are typically charged upon arrival of the package in the respective country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We only charge shipping fees for your order, so these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain information regarding the laws and regulations of the destination country as well as any restrictions that may apply to specific products when placing an order.
We are not liable if your package is discarded or returned to us because you did not pay customs duties in your country. In such cases, refunds are not possible. Please verify the laws regarding import taxes and customs duties in your country. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Pre-order items operates on a made-to-order basis, and once ordered, cancellation is not possible as production progresses according to the quantity ordered.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided during the ordering process, refunds or reshipments are not possible.
Exchanges and refunds due to product defects or missing components are possible under the following conditions. Depending on the severity of the defect or omission, partial or full refunds, or exchanges will be provided:
- It has not been more than 3 days since the package arrived.
- A video documenting the opening of the package has been recorded from the moment of opening. (The shipping label must remain intact in the video footage taken just before opening the package.)
- Initial defects or missing components are evident and not due to your error.
If these conditions are met, partial or full refunds, or exchanges for new products will be offered based on the severity of the defect or omission.
If the product is damaged during shipping, you must take detailed photos of the exterior box with the shipping label intact, along with photos of the damaged product, and send them via email.
