Depending on the media characteristics of VR and individual sensitivity, you may feel motion sickness or dizziness, so continuous use for a long time is not recommended. When using for a long time, heat may increase depending on the model of the smartphone. If the heat is severe, please stop using it for a while. 👩❤️💋👨
Setting up your smartphone to use the Virtual Play app 🌄
1. Smartphone update: Virtual Play app works normally on Android 9 or higher, iOS 13.5 or higher. If the OS is of a lower version, please upgrade the OS. 🎋
2. Resolution adjustment: Set the screen resolution of your smartphone to the maximum (WQHD or higher). The Virtual Play app provides the world\'s highest quality VR, so you need to set the screen resolution to the maximum to fully enjoy ONF VP. (However, since the picture quality is proportional to the level of the smartphone display, the level of picture quality may be relatively low on some smartphones with low resolution.) ☕
3. Network connection: The Virtual Play app works only when connected to a network such as Wi-Fi, LTE, or 5G. If you run the Virtual Play app and don\'t see the content, check your network connection. For 5G smartphone (Android) users, you can watch the teaser content through streaming without downloading it. If you want to enjoy streaming teaser content, a 5G network connection is essential, and depending on the quality of the 5G network, there may be restrictions on streaming teaser content. 📚
4. ONF VP content is ultra-high-definition VR video content and has a very large capacity. (Approximately 2~4GB per content) Secure the storage space of your smartphone or install an external memory such as a Micro SD card to secure memory capacity. However, since the reading speed of the internal memory of a smartphone is generally faster than the external memory, it is recommended to use the internal memory whenever possible. When using an external memory (microSD) card, be sure to use an external memory card formatted in the exFAT format of SDHC I or higher. 🎈
Using the Virtual Play app ✡️
1. Materials to prepare: Smartphone, ONF HMD, serial number, e-mail address (for authentication) 🐽
2. App download and installation: Android users access the Google Play Store, iOS users access the App Store, search for \'VirtualPlay\', download the app, and install it on your smartphone. 🌳
3. After installing the app, run the app and access the ONF album in Album & Project. A window for entering the serial number will appear. Enter the serial number provided into this window. (The serial number is on a separate serial number card enclosed with the photo card.) Then, enter your personal e-mail address and proceed with authentication to download ONF VR content. 🏷️
4. Content download: Click the download button for each ONF VP content (5 types in total) to download, and you can enjoy the VP content only after the download is complete. Depending on the network environment, downloading the content may take a long time. Content download is set to be downloaded only in a Wi-Fi environment to prevent unnecessary data charges. If you turn off Wi-Fi download only in Settings, you can download even on LTE / 5G. ♀️
Enjoy ONF VP contents 🌭
1. The play button is activated for content that has been downloaded. Press the play button and follow the on-screen instructions to turn the smartphone horizontally and insert it into the HMD to play VR content. 👨👩👦👦
Tip. Take out the smartphone mounting tray on the side of the HMD first, then mount the smartphone on the tray. 🐜
Tip. Place the smartphone in the center of the tray (using the damper sticker that comes with the HMD). 🦗
After wearing the HMD, adjust the focus by moving the two lens adjustment bars on the top of the HMD forward/backward/left/right. Tip. It is recommended to use earphones or headsets for a better realism experience. 🍴
2. While enjoying VR, tap the side of the HMD twice with your finger to enlarge the screen. And if you tap the side again, the screen returns to normal. In the zoomed-out state, direct your eyes 45 degrees downward and tap the side of the HMD twice with your finger to bring up a control box to control the video. Move your head to place the cursor on the desired function location on the control box, and tap it again to use functions such as pause, volume control, and playback section movement. However, the above function works only when using earphones (or headsets) in the case of LG smartphones. 🙉
* However, the above operation method does not work on iPhone. 🙆♀️
3. VR content downloaded to a smartphone can be viewed as a 360-degree video without an HMD. If you touch \'3D\' at the top right of the VR playback screen on an Android smartphone or at the bottom right on an iPhone and convert it to \'2D\', you can turn the smartphone up, down, left, and right without using the HMD to check the 360-degree video. 🔋

- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight / volume of your package.

- Pre-order items operates on a made-to-order basis, and once ordered, cancellation is not possible as production progresses according to the quantity ordered.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided during the ordering process, refunds or reshipments are not possible.
- Exchanges and refunds due to product defects or missing components are possible under the following conditions. Depending on the severity of the defect or omission, partial or full refunds, or exchanges will be provided:
- It has not been more than 3 days since the package arrived.
- A video documenting the opening of the package has been recorded from the moment of opening. (The shipping label must remain intact in the video footage taken just before opening the package.)
- Initial defects or missing components are evident and not due to your error.
If these conditions are met, partial or full refunds, or exchanges for new products will be offered based on the severity of the defect or omission. - If the product is damaged during shipping, you must take detailed photos of the exterior box with the shipping label intact, along with photos of the damaged product, and send them via email.
