1. If multiple sheets of film are overlapped and separated for a long time, printing may be damaged, so do not overlap them.
2. If the surface of the film touches the PVC fabric, printing may be damaged during separation.
3. Due to the nature of film production, there may be some scratches that occurred during the production process.
4. Contact with water may damage the print.

  • The average processing time takes around 2 to 7 business days.
  • Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number in the email allows for immediate tracking retrieval on the our website. Additionally, it can be checked using typical tracking sites. please visit 17track or AfterShip and enter the provided tracking number.
  • If the order includes pre-order items, they will be shipped together with the rest of the items once all pre-order items are in stock. If you would like to receive certain items earlier, please create a separate order for them apart from the pre-order items.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight / volume of your package.
  • We do not offer delivery to PO boxes. If a PO box or mailbox number is provided as part of the shipping address, it may result in delays or return of the shipment to the sender. We are not responsible for any issues or additional costs arising from this.
  • When packages are shipped internationally, import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These fees are typically charged upon arrival of the package in the respective country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We only charge shipping fees for your order, so these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain information regarding the laws and regulations of the destination country as well as any restrictions that may apply to specific products when placing an order.
  • We are not liable if your package is discarded or returned to us because you did not pay customs duties in your country. In such cases, refunds are not possible. Please verify the laws regarding import taxes and customs duties in your country. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
  • Pre-order items operates on a made-to-order basis, and once ordered, cancellation is not possible as production progresses according to the quantity ordered.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided during the ordering process, refunds or reshipments are not possible.
  • Exchanges and refunds due to product defects or missing components are possible under the following conditions. Depending on the severity of the defect or omission, partial or full refunds, or exchanges will be provided:
    - It has not been more than 3 days since the package arrived.
    - A video documenting the opening of the package has been recorded from the moment of opening. (The shipping label must remain intact in the video footage taken just before opening the package.)
    - Initial defects or missing components are evident and not due to your error.
    If these conditions are met, partial or full refunds, or exchanges for new products will be offered based on the severity of the defect or omission.
  • If the product is damaged during shipping, you must take detailed photos of the exterior box with the shipping label intact, along with photos of the damaged product, and send them via email.
