- If the order includes pre-order items, they will be shipped together with the rest of the items once all pre-order items are in stock. If you would like to receive certain items earlier, please create a separate order for them apart from the pre-order items.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight / volume of your package.
- We do not offer delivery to PO boxes. If a PO box or mailbox number is provided as part of the shipping address, it may result in delays or return of the shipment to the sender. We are not responsible for any issues or additional costs arising from this.
- When packages are shipped internationally, import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country may apply. - Exchanges and refunds due to product defects or missing components are possible under the following conditions. Depending on the severity of the defect or omission, partial or full refunds, or exchanges will be provided:
- It has not been more than 3 days since the package arrived.
- A video documenting the opening of the package has been recorded from the moment of opening. (The shipping label must remain intact in the video footage taken just before opening the package.)
- Initial defects or missing components are evident and not due to your error.
If these conditions are met, partial or full refunds, or exchanges for new products will be offered based on the severity of the defect or omission. - If the product is damaged during shipping, you must take detailed photos of the exterior box with the shipping label intact, along with photos of the damaged product, and send them via email.
